Gender Pay Gap Reporting

From 6 April 2017, any employers in the United Kingdom with more than 250 employees, are required by law to publish their gender pay gap which covers both pay and bonuses. Leonardo MW Ltd is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture, and, as such, welcomes the UK Government's requirements.
