Meet Sophie Caffrey. The Third Year Technical Apprentice has achieved plenty since joining Leonardo in 2015, and was a finalist in the IET's 2017 Young Woman Engineer of the Year Award, and has been shortlisted for the inaugural Everywoman in Technology Apprentice Award.
Meet Yolanda Bullen. Yolanda joined the Leonardo apprenticeship scheme after learning about the benefits of apprenticeships from fellow students at college. She has since been named Apprentice of The Year and is actively involved in promoting STEM subjects to students.
