Leonardo’s Contracts Management team is instrumental in ensuring that commercial / procurement and partnering strategies are developed in support of winning new business and delivering programmes. Roles involve negotiating contractual arrangements and ensuring commercial obligations are fulfilled.
Within Contracts Management, there are four role levels, ranging from entry level through to senior roles. Our entry role holders support colleagues within the function and across the business while developing function-specific skills, business awareness and other non-function-specific competencies. Our senior roles involve managing teams and demonstrating expertise in influencing business decisions throughout the function and understanding mechanisms of mitigating risk associated with entering into commercial agreements.
As a Contracts Management graduate, you will play a role in helping our Commercial function delivering the contract management we need with our partners and suppliers. Many of our contracts are built around the lifecycle of our products so have many facets in their make-up which makes for challenging work.
