Project Management & Planning
Being part of Leonardo's Planning and Project Management function, you will play an instrumental part in the process that manages the various stages of the company's project lifecycle.

Your role in our Planning and Project Management team will include setting, monitoring and delivering complex and interdependent projects. To be a successful member of the team, you must utilise resources from across the business and have strong customer-facing skills.

Within the function, there are four role levels, with entry level roles focusing on delivering high quality information to influence business decisions and project outcomes. At the higher levels, role holders have significant project management responsibility or are the focal point for planning activities at business sector level. This includes leading and directing cross-functional teams, as well as engaging and influencing integrated project teams to ensure projects are developed and delivered in line with agreed contractual agreements and customer expectations.

In line with our commitment to skills development, Leonardo supports its project planners and managers – from apprentices upwards – in achieving various industry-recognised qualifications throughout their careers.
